Y2000 – Created State-Owned Public Enterprise “Regional institute for advanced training and retraining of personnel of the akim of Kyzylorda region”.
Reason: Decision of akim of Kyzylorda region No. 260 dated July 11, 2000.
Y2002 – Converted to the State-Owned Public Enterprise “Institute for advanced training of personnel and information technology”.
Reason: Resolution of the akimat of the region No. 249 dated May 28, 2002.
Y2005 – Converted to the State Enterprise based on the right of economic Management “Regional center for retraining and advanced training of government employees and public sector workers”.
Reason: Resolution of the akimat No. 447 dated June 3, 2005.
Y2007 – According to the Decree of the Government of RK dated February 18, 2005, formed State Municipal Management Company “Regional center for retraining and advanced training of government employees and public sector workers” of akimat administration of Kyzylorda region.
Reason: Resolution of the akimat of the region No.1 dated January 24, 2007.
Y2009. State Municipal Management Company “Regional center for retraining and advanced training of government employees and public sector workers” was given a new building for use.
Y2012 – Converted to the State Municipal Management Company “Regional center for retraining and advanced training of government employees and public sector workers of akim’s administration of Kyzylorda region”.
Reason: Resolution of the akimat of the region No. 74 dated July 12, 2011.
Y2017 – In connection with the reorganization of Republican State Budget-Supported Enterprise “Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Reason: Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 559 dated September 14, 2017.
